The Travelling Auctioneers are visiting Ilkley

Fans of BBC One’s The Travelling Auctioneers and local auction enthusiasts alike won’t want to miss this fantastic event as the show joins Hartleys Auctioneers for a unique auction experience on Wednesday, 13th November.

This event, part of the auction house’s regular sale, will be packed with extraordinary items ranging from rare memorabilia to exquisite jewellery, all auctioned by The Travelling Auctioneers team starting at 9:30am.

Headlining the auction are several standout pieces, including a 1989 FA Cup Everton vs. Liverpool signed framed print, signed by none other than Ian Rush, and a rare collection of signed photos by Paul McCartney—a must-have for sports and music collectors alike. For jewellery lovers, there’s an array of gold pieces featuring elegant rings and necklaces adorned with vibrant stones like citrine and amethyst, and a classic Omega watch in working condition.

In addition to these treasures, attendees will have the chance to bid on lovingly restored items, skillfully brought back to life by the show’s master restorer. Featured restorations include a beautiful Georgian mahogany butler's tray and an iconic Mark 1 Raleigh Chopper bicycle—classic items that blend history with craftsmanship.
