The winners of the inaugural 'Ilkley's Most Loved Competition,' organised by the Ilkley Business Improvement District (BID), have been revealed.
To coincide with Valentine’s Day, the competition invited the public to nominate their favourite local businesses. The response was overwhelming, with hundreds of nominations pouring in from the community.
In alphabetical order, the top ten most-loved businesses in Ilkley were voted as:

The Brewer – Vintage Shop and Coffee House, Brewery Road

The Green Room – Concert Venue and Supper Club, The Grove

The Ilkley Cow – Steakhouse, New Brook Street

The Ilkley Kitchen – Food & Drink Service, Nelson Road

The winning businesses were each presented with a special "Ilkley’s Most Loved" Love Heart which was personally delivered by Nicola Carr from Ilkley BID, who expressed her delight in visiting the winners:
“We’ve been overwhelmed with the positivity and engagement shown by both the public and the businesses. It’s clear that Ilkley has a deep appreciation for its local offerings, and I thoroughly enjoyed delivering the Love Hearts to our winners.”
The businesses have been proudly sharing their Love Hearts on social media and highlighting the glowing comments from their loyal customers. In addition, the winning businesses will be interviewed by Your Ilkley Radio in the coming days, providing extra recognition for their efforts in making Ilkley a great place to live, visit and do business.
