This June, choirs from two counties will be coming together in Ilkley for a very special evening of shared singing and friendship.
Voices of Yorkshire are welcoming Tunbridge Wells Musical Theatre Choir to the King's Hall on Saturday 6 June for 'Choirs Across Counties' - two community choirs from different corners of the country coming together to swap songs, share stories, and celebrate the joy of singing as one.
All in support of the MND Association, the audience can expect uplifting harmonies, well-loved songs, and the lovely buzz that only happens when choirs meet and their energy lifts the room.
A spokesperson for Voices of Yorkshire said:
"It’s not about perfection or polish — it’s about connection, community and the simple joy of singing together.
"We are known for our warm welcome, strong 3-part harmonies and a good dose of humour, and we can’t wait to share the stage with the brilliant Tunbridge Wells MTC for what promises to be a genuinely joyful evening.
"Please join us in Ilkley and be part of something uplifting — all in support of the MND Association."
Choirs Across Counties is at the King's Hall & Winter Garden in Ilkley on Saturday 6 June, doors open 4.30pm, the concert starts at 5pm.
