New show home opens as Ilkley development nears completion

A new show home has opened at an Ilkley housing development where just four of its 14 properties remain available.

Ten homes have now been sold at Ashlands Garth, located just off Ashlands Road and within walking distance of Ilkley town centre.

The show home will welcome prospective buyers between 1.30pm and 3.30pm on Saturday 12th September.

The scheme has been built by Keighley-based development and construction company R N Wooler & Co and is being marketed by Dacre, Son & Hartley.

The remaining properties comprise one three-bedroom home and three houses with four bedrooms.

Each of the four-bedroom homes has a south-facing garden, at least two en-suite bathrooms, an integrated garage, solar panels and an electric vehicle charging point.

Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential at Dacre, Son & Hartley, said:

“This is a small-scale development by a longstanding and reputable local company.

“Its location, close to Ashlands Primary School and within easy walking distance of Ilkley town centre, has proved particularly attractive to buyers.

The final four homes are expected to be ready to move into in early autumn.

They include open-plan kitchen and dining areas, landscaped gardens and off-street parking.

The remaining three-bedroom property is priced at £449,950, while each of the four-bedroom houses is on the market for £549,950.
