Ilkley Library is running a hands-on support session for Ilkley residents struggling with the NHS app and online services.
A drop-in session will run on Wednesday 21 January between 9.30am - 11am in the library on Springs Lane.
The aim is to support patients downloading the NHS app, and also Patchs and Airmid used by GP practices and healthcare professionals.
The session will help and assist people keen to book appointments and manage prescriptions online.
The event is part of Health Information Week and will be run by two digital inclusion officers from Bradford Council's BDigital programme.
The event is open to all.
Further information about Health Information Week is available on the website: https://healthinfoweek.wixsite.com/healthinfoweek
