Judith Ullock, from Burley-In-Wharfedale is celebrating double-success for her personal contribution to the finance industry at the prestigious City of London Wealth Management Awards 2025.
The awards are determined by an online public vote, overseen by a panel of industry experts.
Judith Ullock, Learning and Development Manager at Redmayne Bentley, received the award for Best Industry Initiative for her work on a ‘Focus on Finance’ initiative, which provides school-aged students with a holistic view of financial services, aiming to inspire them to pursue future careers within the sector. She also received the award for Best Staff Development Specialist.
This was the first time in the City of London Wealth Management Awards history that a nominee has received two individual awards on the same night. The prestigious awards celebrate excellence across the investment sector, rewarding exceptional service in the wealth management industry. Judith’s employer, Redmayne Bentley, was also nominated across several categories and received The Objectway Award for Best Advisory Service.
Commenting her personal success, Judith said:
“To be recognised with one award was an immense privilege. To receive two on the same night, and making history in the process, is truly humbling. The recognition for excellence in my field within the wealth management industry is an unforgettable honour and receiving both awards is a moment I will cherish forever.”

Judith has lived all her life in Wharfedale and from an early age, she embraced the spirit of community at Prince Henry’s Grammar School, where participation in various sports laid the foundation for a lifelong passion. This enthusiasm for sports extended beyond personal achievement, leading to a role as an ECB qualified cricket coach at Burley-In-Wharfedale Cricket Club. For several seasons, she shared her love for the game, nurturing young talent and fostering a sense of teamwork and discipline.
Judith’s commitment to community service did not stop there. Today, she serves as the Club Treasurer at the Burley-In-Wharfedale Bowling Club. This role allows her to ensure the club's financial health, enabling it to continue serving as a hub for local residents.
Judith’s professional journey began at Redmayne Bentley in September 1985, marking the start of a successful career. Yet, despite professional commitments, her dedication to the wider community has remained steadfast.
