White Rose Classic

The 4 routes vary from 55.5km, (35miles)  to an epic 201km (125 miles) which will take you in to the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. As you weave yourself around the Yorkshire dales through various lumps, bumps and an odd climb or two, you’ll enjoy the beautiful scenery that the Yorkshire Dales has to offer and gain an insight to why the Yorkshire Dales is a cycling mecca. You’ll be riding on roads made famous by the Tour de France in 2014, the Tour de Yorkshire & (Tour de Yorkshire sportive) and the UCI world championships in 2019, before finishing your route at our HQ.

Once finished you can relax in the post ride village, listen to live music from local bands, chat with your fellow riders on the day’s event over a drink, have some food and enjoy the hospitality the event is renowned for, friends and family are welcome to join you in the post ride village.

Location: Nell Bank, Denton Road, Ilkley, LS29 0DE

Sign on: Sunday from 6.30am to 8.45am

Start Time: First riders leaving from 6.45am. Last riders to leave by 9.00am.

Finish Time: We ask riders to be back no later than 6.30pm

Parking: There is ample free parking on the site

Campervans: Campervans are permitted to park up the night before, but you must first arrange this with the Nell Bank team. Their contact details can be found on their website: Nell Bank

Facilities: Nell Bank has onsite washrooms and ample seating areas.

Bike racks are provided

Minimum entry age: 13years old

Adult Standard Entry Fees
Adult entry fee ranges from £40 to £46 per person

Adult Group Entries: Book as a group and get 10% discount on the entry fee. Group bookings of 3 or more qualify.

Under 18’s
13-17yr olds – Free entry (Short route only). 16-17yrs – £25 any other route.
